Although subsidies for this group do not cover the full premium, they may significantly lower the premium and\/or out-of-pocket liability; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u25b6 6 million uninsured people are eligible to buy Marketplace plans but are ineligible for financial assistance. <strong>Among the uninsured who\u2019d heard of ACA health plans, nearly 50% didn\u2019t consider a plan;
