Our Firm is a proudly owned local New Mexico Insurance Brokerage that is operated by a father-daughter team. The firm was established in 1990 and provides insurance options that are custom-built for our clients. We are your one-stop-shop for all your insurance needs in New Mexico. The team will customize insurance for individuals and groups and is considered a premier Group Benefits Broker in New Mexico. We have the ability to meet all needs of any group large or small.

Owner/Broker

As owner and founder of the company, I have been active in the employee benefits business for over 30 years and put the needs of my clients first. I have and continue to be involved, in a number of industries including investment banking, oil and gas, gaming, transportation, legal, and hospitality, to name a few. I am able to operate regionally in 14 states and continue to strive for the best for each and every one of my clients.

Office Manager

I graduated from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Business in 2008 I worked with the Firm during high school and joined the Roberts & Associates team as a full-time associate in 2007. I am passionate about providing the best service to our clients. I specialize in health insurance claims research, implementing new group benefits in health, dental and ancillary products, and service and implementation for property and Casualty products.
